This collaboration combines Circular Computing's global expertise in certified refurbishment with InnoVent, utilising its remarketing arm Qrent, established local network across eight key African countries, including South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Lesotho, Eswatini, Namibia, Zimbabwe, and Zambia.

We extend the lifecycle of laptops and offer comprehensive warranties while maintaining low RMA rates. Through this partnership, InnoVent, holds distribution rights to Circular Computing’s refurbished laptops in the region, offering businesses a sustainable, eco-friendly alternative that delivers significant cost savings compared to new or remanufactured devices.

Once quality-checked, the refurbished laptops are returned to InnoVent, who takes charge of sales and distribution across Africa. Our refurbishing process

We refurbish to BSI 8887-240 standards and eliminate the risk associated with second-hand IT. Our partnership ensures every approved laptop meets rigorous international quality standards, giving your organisation the performance it needs and the sustainability it demands.

Fully tested battery

Batteries are subjected to rigorous evaluations, ensuring reliability and consistent performance in every refurbished device. These thorough assessments guarantee longevity and quality.

Perfect screens

Only screens without scratches and pressure marks are used and new polarizers are fitted.

Durable keyboards

We repaint in matt, gloss, and soft touch finishes to match that of the original laptop. The palm rests, sides, bezels and keyboards are also cosmetically refreshed where needed.

Covers repaired and repainted

All plastics that require repainting are given a light sanding prior to painting.

3 Hour stress test

Laptops are tested when they first enter the process, once again when the core components are reassembled, then again after they have been built to specification. At the end of the process, they then go through a rigorous 3-hour stress test.

Perfect track pad performance

Experience good condition and quality, with no visible signs of use or wear.
