Every laptop goes through our BSI Kitemark certified Circular Remanufacturing Process. A 360 step, 5+ hour journey per laptop that "returns a used product to at least its original performance with a warranty that is equivalent to (or better than) new" as required by the BS standard BS8887-220 and BS8887-211.
