FOR 25 YEARS THE IT INDUSTRY HAS GONE THROUGH ALMOST UNRECOGNISABLE CHANGE, BUT THE IT ASSET DISPOSITION (ITAD) PRACTICE HAS LARGELY STAYED THE SAME.
THIS PROGRAMME DELIVERS THE CHANGE REQUIRED FOR A BETTER, SUSTAINABLE FUTURE.
DEFINING ITAD VALUE
A Circular Economy delivering sustainable IT solutions and a decarbonised future cannot exist without the ITAD.
This critical and highly skilled & technical utility provision often goes unseen, and mostly undervalued.
Our programme aims to highlight and increase the benefit that this sector is providing and to close the loop in IT disposal.

SECURE COLLECTION
To facilitate processing times, we will specify the collection together for efficient timing and logisitics.
RECEIVING & AUDIT
Once delivered, every item will be logged to provide you with a full asset management report for your collected equipment.
Assets will be labelled with a unique reference barcode, enabling us to track the individual asset through our process.
TESTING
All assets will be cleaned, and any data bearing asset tags removed.
A visual safety and cosmetic check of the unit is carried out to check for any damage.
A full functionality diagnosis of the asset is then performed by trained technicians.
DATA ERASURE
If required, a data erasure process is performed to all data bearing assets using Blancco erasure software.
Any data bearing items that fail the data erasure process are removed, destroyed and responsibly recycled.
REDEPLOYMENT
We remarket and redeploy all assets into sectors such as Education to enable long-term effective re-use.
RESPONSIBLE RECYCLING
The minimal assets that are recycled are made into simple products such as pallets used in logistics.
NEW: REMANUFACTURING
Our unique 360-point BSI kitemarked remanufacturing process ensures maximum longevity to the regeneration of the assets.
NEW: REFORESTATION & SOCIAL VALUE
We plant 5 trees for every laptop, monitor and PC that enters our Circular ecosystem.
We also plant another 5 trees when the asset is given a new home.
This creates a large social value, not just trees!
NEW: ESG REPORTING
We provide unique reporting on the sustainable and positive impacts your assets have by entering the Circular Economy.
FINAL REPORT & CERTIFICATION
A full Due Diligence Pack including all relevant and compliant certification required for an Environmental Audit.
- Duty of Care Waste Transfer Certificate
- Asset Audit Report
- Recovery Certificate
- Blancco Report (if applicable)
- Data Destruction Certificate (if applicable)

EMPOWERING THE CIRCULAR ECONOMY
We have designed a programme with the best ITAD practitioners in the industry. Our core business requires a closed loop supply chain, and one that works within the business rules of the Circular Economy.
1. Regenerative of natural systems
2. Designs out waste and pollution
3. Keep products and materials in use
The function of remanufacturing sits at the hierarchy of the Circular Economy, and can positively attribute its' functionality to these rules.
The key quantifiable benefits of this initiative are as follows:

Remanufacturing
Supporting the remanufacture of IT products and eradication of e-waste with our unique BSI Kitemarked Circular Remanufacturing Process

Carbon Footprint
Avoiding the carbon, water and mineral footprint of a 'new' computer and saving thousands of metric tonnes of raw materials

Reforestation
Planting tens of thousands of trees around the world to help mitigate the legacy emissions of the IT industry

Social Value
Enabling others to be a part of creating social value and reforestation globally

ESG Reports
Sustainable ESG/CSR reporting is configured to contribute to net-zero objectives
MEETING OBLIGATIONS AND ACTING
IN THE INTEREST OF SUSTAINABILITY
Our third party supported ESG/CSR reporting takes into consideration the positive sustainable impact of reforestation, the avoidance of purchasing new and the scope 3 emissions surrounding supply chain logistics.
HUMAN IMPACT
Our sustainability initiatives and reforestation campaigns, which are the nucleus of our DNA, ensure social value rolls out to those that need it most. Not only does this mean we contribute to reversing global warming, but also sets the foundation for positive impact and sustainable income security for future generations.
This can be evidenced with one programme we invest in with a local farmer Esther, in the Butiama district of the Mara region. Esther with a small plot of just 3 acres, has planted a little under 500 trees. Esther has maize, cassava, millet and beans as agricultural crops, and Grewia trees which all contribute to her own self-sustaining way of living and her local economy.
