Starting as a pure trading company, Rod steered the business to achieve more than £35M in annual revenues and net profits of approximately £3.5M, all this with a compact global team of fewer than 70 staff.
Noticing the industry's pivot towards sustainability, Rod took a groundbreaking step. He spearheaded the creation of the world's only dedicated factory that produces remanufactured products, indistinguishable in quality and performance from new ones. This initiative wasn't just about business innovation; it was about setting a new standard for sustainability and ethical practices within the tech world. Rod's vision and determination have been instrumental in pushing the boundaries and advocating for change, making Circular Computing a leader in sustainable tech.

His experience spans leading innovative projects and driving positive change within the industry, always with a focus on reducing environmental impact.
As an advisor to International and Local Governments, Steve's advocacy for sustainable practices extends beyond Circular Computing. He's committed to advancing sustainability, the circular economy, and social values, leveraging his expertise to foster collaborative efforts towards these goals.

Conrad Mohr
Conrad is dedicated to spearheading the company's vision to revolutionise the IT industry through the principles of the circular economy. Dedicated to spearheading a global movement, he is driving the shift towards more sustainable business practices within IT and beyond. Conrad's work focuses on assisting large organisations in adopting a decarbonised, sustainable procurement and usage strategy for their laptop estates. This approach not only aligns with NetZero goals but is also reportable under Scope 3 emissions, offering a practical path towards sustainability that benefits businesses, their employees, and the planet.

Lawrence Best
Lawrence has been pivotal in scaling the company's refurbished product offerings. Lawrence’s role is to build and develop a global refurbish channel delivering arguably the highest quality product available and as this is a pure B2B play we see ourselves as "an enabler" to a channel that needs high and consistent quality to develop its business.
Joining the company during a period of substantial growth potential, Lawrence, alongside the founder and CEO, crafted and executed a sales strategy that propelled the company's turnover to over $30M by 2013. This achievement stemmed from his commitment to fostering strong market relationships and a reputation for surpassing client expectations.
Operations Director
Simon de Gruchy
Simon, serving as Operations Director at Circular Computing, plays a crucial role in ensuring the supreme delivery and quality of products.
